01Getting Started With Our Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) help define how we work together. They form a friendly agreement between you and BeautsGO, registered in the Republic of Korea. By exploring beautsgo.beauty, speaking with our coordinators, or using our services, you’re letting us know that you’ve reviewed and are comfortable with these guidelines.

We believe clear expectations lead to the best results. If you feel these Terms don’t quite align with your needs, we understand — though please keep in mind that they are the standard framework we use to ensure all our clients receive consistent and high-quality support.

02Defining Our Service

BeautsGO provides specialised administrative and logistical coordination for international beauty, plastic surgery, and medical services.

• Our Expertise: We are a team of professionally trained advisors with extensive industry knowledge across the beauty, plastic surgery, and medical sectors. We leverage this specialised training to provide high-level customer service and tailored referrals to premier clinics and hospitals.
• What We Do: We facilitate professional introductions to vetted beauty, plastic surgery, and medical facilities, coordinate essential logistics (including transfers and accommodations), and provide dedicated language support to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Scope of Advice: Our coordinators operate in a professional advisory capacity to assist with your journey; however, they do not provide medical diagnoses, clinical prescriptions, or surgical treatments. All professional medical advice and specific surgical recommendations must be obtained directly from the licensed physicians within our partner network.

03Eligibility

To utilise BeautsGO, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must be acting on your own behalf or as a legal guardian for an adult with their explicit consent. We reserve the right to terminate coordination if eligibility requirements are not met.

04Terms of Use

You agree to use our services lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited actions include:

• Misrepresenting medical history, identity, or age.
• Unauthorised system access, “scraping,” or data harvesting.
• Using proprietary clinic or hospital data or pricing obtained through BeautsGO to operate a competing referral service.
• Engaging in uncivil or threatening communication with our coordinators or partners.

05The Referral Process & Financials

BeautsGO operates on a referral-only basis:

• Consultation: We assess your goals and introduce you to suitable partner clinics and hospitals.
• Clinical Agreement: You contract directly with the chosen clinic or hospital. They are your sole contracting medical provider.
• Direct Payment: You pay the clinic or hospital and third-party vendors (hotels, etc.) directly. BeautsGO does not collect or process payments for medical procedures.
• Dispute Resolution: Refunds, cancellations, and clinical complaints are governed by the clinic or hospital’s policies. While BeautsGO will advocate for you, we are not legally liable for the fulfilment of the clinic or hospital’s contractual obligations.

06Medical Disclaimer

Nothing provided by BeautsGO via our website, coordinators, or marketing materials constitutes medical advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

• A doctor–patient relationship is established only with the licensed physician at your chosen clinic or hospital.
• You are responsible for disclosing a full and accurate medical history to the treating clinic or hospital.
• BeautsGO makes no warranties regarding the success, satisfaction, or clinical outcome of any procedure.

07Third-Party Independent Contractors

All clinics, hospitals, doctors, hotels, and transport services are independent third parties. BeautsGO vets these partners but does not employ or supervise them. We are not liable for:

• Clinical judgment or surgical outcomes.
• Service delays or cancellations by third-party providers.
• Discrepancies in pricing or availability provided by third parties.

08User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, photos, or comments (“User Content”), you grant BeautsGO a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display this content for service promotion. You represent that your content is accurate and does not infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

09Intellectual Property

All site content, including logos, copy, and design, is the property of AiMei Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or “mirror” our content for commercial use without written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeautsGO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury or emotional distress, arising from your medical treatment or the conduct of third-party providers.

11Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless BeautsGO and AiMei Group from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information provided by you, or your interactions with third-party clinics or hospitals.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

• Informal Resolution: You agree to attempt a direct resolution by contacting care@beautsgo.beauty before initiating legal action.
• Jurisdiction: Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
• Clinical Disputes: Disputes regarding medical outcomes or clinic or hospital payments are governed by the laws of the country where the clinic or hospital is located.
