You You We, Go Go Go!

· Network

Our Verified Partner Network.

What “verified” actually means at BeautsGO: the checks we run before a clinic enters the network, the standards we look for at three tiers, and what that translates to for you as a patient. Pan-Asia coverage, written plainly so you can audit the claims.

· 01 · What “Verified” Means

What We Actually Check.

“Verified” is a process, not a logo. Here are the five checks a partner clears before they enter the network, and the ones we keep running afterwards.

01

Business Registration and Operating Licence

Current registration with the local health authority: Korea’s Ministry of Health and Welfare, Singapore MOH, Thailand’s Medical Council, and equivalents. We verify the licence is active at the time of onboarding and during periodic reviews, and that it matches the facility we’re listing, not a sister entity or expired filing.

02

Doctor Credentials per the Local Board

Specialty board certification for every treating doctor we surface, verified against the relevant medical board’s public registry where one exists. For doctors a partner clinic doesn’t openly list, we ask the clinic for proof and pass through whatever documentation they provide. We do not independently vouch for or fabricate credentials.

03

Facility Accreditation

JCI (Joint Commission International) for hospital partners that hold it, ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) for management-tier verification, and KIPSA membership for Korea-specialty clinics. Accreditation status is recorded with its issuing body and expiry date, not just a logo on a website.

04

Prior-Incident Screening

We check public regulatory actions, accreditation lapses, and any open malpractice findings where records are accessible. We also ask the clinic directly. While we conduct thorough checks of public records, BeautsGO is not a regulatory body and relies on the accuracy of public registries and clinic disclosures. A flagged history is grounds for immediate exclusion from our network.

05

Periodic Re-Review

Verification carries a date. Partners are re-reviewed at least annually, and immediately if a patient concern is reported through us. If accreditation lapses or a finding emerges between cycles, the partner is paused from new referrals until it’s resolved. More on the process is in the FAQ.

· 04 · What We Cover Today

Coverage by Specialty.

Network depth tracks the procedure more than the country. Below is what we coordinate where: pick the category, see which markets we can help with.

Aesthetic & plastic surgery

Korea · Thailand · Japan

Face, body, breast, and revision work. Seoul has the broadest partner footprint for plastic surgery; Bangkok and Tokyo round out the regional options.

Dermatology & skin

Korea · Singapore · Thailand

Medical dermatology, laser, and injectables. Korea anchors laser and injectable density; Singapore handles complex medical-derm cases; Thailand for high-volume aesthetic dermatology.

Dental & oral

Thailand · Singapore · Malaysia

Implants, full-arch, veneers, and cosmetic dentistry. Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur for high-volume routes; Singapore for complex full-mouth and reconstructive cases.

Ophthalmology

Korea · Singapore

LASIK, SMILE, ICL, and cataract surgery. Korea for high-volume refractive procedures; Singapore for complex refractive and paediatric cases.

Recovery & wellness

Indonesia (Bali) · Thailand

Post-op recovery bases, IV wellness, and rehabilitation programmes. Bali is a frequent recovery destination after procedures done elsewhere; Thailand offers integrated medical-spa recovery.

Cross-cutting

China · Malaysia · Indonesia

Selected specialties in Shanghai, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta — added where credentialing and English-handling thresholds are met. Tell us the procedure and we’ll confirm what’s currently in scope.

Country-level pages live on Destinations; each lists hospitals, doctors, and the procedures we currently coordinate there.

· 05 · What This Means for You

What Partner Membership Delivers.

Verification on our side is only useful if it changes something for you. Here’s what comes with booking through a verified partner. Where a service depends on the clinic’s own setup, we say so.

01

A Coordinator Assigned at Intake

One named contact from inquiry through aftercare. Routes the conversation, gathers documents, books the clinic call. Handover is rare and always announced.

02

Document Audit Available on Request

If you want to see a doctor’s board certification or a facility’s accreditation paperwork before you commit, we ask the clinic on your behalf and pass through whatever they provide. We don’t hold every file ourselves and we don’t fabricate what we don’t get.

03

In-Trip Support Channel

Same coordinator reachable on WhatsApp, LINE, or KakaoTalk during the trip window. For acute or emergency situations, in-country emergency services come first, we’re non-clinical staff.

04

Post-Care Follow-Up Calendar

The treating clinic owns the medical follow-up schedule; we coordinate it. Standard rhythm is virtual check-ins at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months, varies by procedure. Records can be translated and sent to your home physician on your written instruction.

05

Complaint Escalation Path

Tell us first. We route the message to the clinic the same day and follow up. If the response isn’t acceptable, we escalate inside the network and, where applicable, to the accrediting body. Pausing or removing the partner is on the table.

06

Concierge Logistics (When in Scope)

Airport transfer, private car, hotel coordination, and Korea-only visa assistance are concierge services bundled around the medical trip. Line items are quoted up front. See Services for the full breakdown.

· Non-Clinical Disclaimer

BeautsGO is a coordination and concierge platform. Our staff are non-clinical. We do not provide medical advice, and the final decision to undergo any procedure rests solely between the patient and the licensed medical provider.
