BeautsGO is an aesthetic and medical travel platform headquartered in Seoul, operating under AiMei Group, a Republic of Korea entity. Group history dates to 2003; BeautsGO was established as the dedicated brand in 2012. Today we connect international travelers with licensed clinics across seven markets in Asia, spanning aesthetic, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, IVF and specialist care.
We’re a platform in business model, we connect, we don’t deliver the medical service. The way we work with each client, though, is concierge: referral, coordination, and follow-through. We help you find the right clinic, arrange the consultation, manage transport and language, and stay on the line through follow-up. We don’t sign your medical contract, we don’t collect payment for treatment, and we don’t replace your home-country physician’s care. BeautsGO’s value is in matching, communication, and follow-through, not medical authority. We are a coordinating team, not a hospital chain.
Clear About Scope.
A platform can mean a hundred things. Here is the specific list of what BeautsGO actually does for you, and the specific list of what we don’t.
We Do
- Help you find clinics that match your case, specialty, budget, language, comfort with international patients.
- Coordinate consultations, transport between hotel and clinic, and language support during clinical conversations.
- Help draft and translate medical-record requests, before and after your trip.
- Stay on the line through follow-up and post-treatment questions, including back home.
We Don’t
- Diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, we are non-clinical staff.
- Sign contracts or collect payment for medical services, you contract and pay the clinic directly.
- Replace your home-country physician’s care or your follow-up plan back home.
- Guarantee clinical outcomes, those depend on you, your case, and your clinician.

BeautsGO’s primary base is Korea, Seoul, Busan, and Jeju, and we have active partnerships across seven markets in Asia. We add new partner countries when there is real client demand and a verified clinic network, not before.

Honest figures, not headline figures. Annual customer counts are single-year totals across the BeautsGO network; community size is cumulative since 2012 and includes returning clients and broader audience. Partner-network size is the count of accredited hospitals and clinics we work with today.

Operating Principles.
These are the rules we hold ourselves to. They’re best-effort commitments rather than hard SLAs, we’ll tighten them into hard time guarantees once our coordinator team and ticketing process are formal enough to back them up.
- Honest Information Up Front: Including what we don’t know. If a piece of information about a clinic, clinician, or procedure isn’t verified, we say so rather than fill the gap with guesswork.
- Language Support During Clinical Conversations: Our coordinators are trained at KIPSA: Korea International Plastic Surgery Academy for medical interpretation, particularly around informed consent and pre-operative briefings.
- No Payment Collection for Medical Services: You contract with the clinic and pay the clinic directly. BeautsGO is not a party to the medical-services agreement.
- A Coordinator on Your Side During Disputes: We listen first, document the issue, escalate to the clinic when warranted, and where a pattern is established, we remove a clinic or hospital from our network. We can’t act as a regulator, and we don’t pretend to.
Partnership Economics. If a clinic relationship ever becomes commission-based or otherwise compromises neutral advice, this page and the relevant clinic listing will say so explicitly. As of the date at the top of this page, no such relationship exists.
