BeautsGO is a medical-tourism concierge that connects clients around the world with vetted, professional clinics and hospitals across Asia. Our service is operated by:

We collect information in a few ways: what you give us directly, what you share with our coordinators during the planning process, and limited technical information collected automatically when you use the site.
Information You Give Us Directly
- Contact-Form Submissions: Your name, email, phone number, country, and the procedure or destination you are interested in.
- Newsletter Subscriptions: Your email address for updates.
- Direct Messaging: Any information shared when you message us via WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, or email, as well as our social media channels including Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and others.
Information Shared With Your Coordinator
Once a BeautsGO coordinator is in touch with you to plan your care, they may ask for:
- Your medical history and current health conditions.
- Medications, allergies, and prior procedures.
- Your treatment goals, timeline, and travel preferences.
- Photographs: Any photos you choose to send for assessment.
Important note on photos: Our website does not have a photo-upload field. Any photo you choose to share is sent directly through your preferred messaging app or social media channel and remains in that platform’s secure history.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our site, we automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, device type, browser, and how you arrived at the page. We also use cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details on what cookies we use and how to manage them.
03How We Use Your Information
We use your information for these specific purposes:
- Matching: To connect you with the right clinic, hospital, and surgeon, including sharing necessary medical details for a professional opinion or quote.
- Coordination: To plan your journey, including transfers, accommodation, and recovery support.
- Communication: To answer your questions and provide follow-up care.
- Service Improvement: Using internal feedback and aggregated information to understand which topics matter most to our clients.
- Legal Compliance: To meet our tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
04When We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with parties necessary to deliver your requested service:
- Partner Clinics and Hospitals: When your coordinator forwards your details for a treatment plan or quote. These clinics and hospitals operate under the privacy laws of their respective countries.
- Local Service Providers: Drivers, hotels, and translators receive only the minimum details needed to serve you.
- Authorities: Only when required by a valid legal or regulatory request.
05International Data Transfers
As a global service, your information may be processed in our headquarters in Korea or in the country of your chosen clinic or hospital (including Korea, Japan, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia). By using our service, you understand and consent to your information being shared with these international partners for the purpose of your care.
06Sensitive (Health) Data
We treat health information and photos with extra care in accordance with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA):
- We only collect health details once you begin a conversation with a coordinator.
- Information is shared only with the specific clinic or hospital evaluating your case.
- You can ask us to stop processing or delete your medical information at any point.
07Data Retention
- Active Inquiries: Kept while you are an active client, plus 24 months to support follow-up care.
- Subscribers: Kept until you choose to unsubscribe.
- Legal Records: Kept for the duration required by Korean law (typically 5–7 years).
08Your Rights
Regardless of where you live, BeautsGO honours your rights to access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data. You may also withdraw your consent or object to specific uses of your information at any time. To exercise these rights, email care@beautsgo.beauty.
09Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
10Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and restricted access for our internal team, to protect your data. In the unlikely event of a security breach, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
