You You We, Go Go Go!

· Patient Rights

Your Care, Your Call.

Seeking treatment across borders shouldn’t blur the basics of what you are owed. This page outlines your rights as a patient, the responsibilities of your treating clinician, and where BeautsGO’s role as your concierge begins and ends. We believe in transparency — laying out our commitments to you in plain language.

· The 30-second version
Fundamental RightsInformed consent, dignity, privacy, refusal, second opinions, access to your records — these are yours regardless of which clinic you choose.
Clinical ObligationsMost rights are obligations of the licensed clinician treating you, under their country’s medical law — not BeautsGO. We help, but we’re not the provider.
Concierge CommitmentsHonest information up front, language support during consults, help requesting your records, and a coordinator on your side if something goes wrong.
If Something Feels OffTell us. You can stop, pause, or change clinics at any point. We’d rather lose the booking than push someone into care they’re unsure about.

Talk to a Real Coordinator.

If a partner clinic isn’t honouring something on this page — or you just want a second pair of eyes before you proceed — a coordinator will hear you out, typically within a business day.
