Dr. Liu Jiewei is Dean and Chief Surgeon of Guangzhou Shuguang Medical Aesthetic Hospital, with 28+ years of clinical experience, including 18 years at Shuguang. He is among the earliest specialists in China to master dual‑plane breast augmentation, having performed nearly 10,000 successful dynamic breast procedures, making him one of southern China’s most authoritative breast surgeons. He is an official designated training physician for Mentor (USA) and Boly (Germany) implants, and guest consultant for Bellaire Co. (Korea).
