Dr. Liu Jiewei is the Dean and Chief Surgeon of Guangzhou Shuguang Medical Aesthetic Hospital with 28+ years of experience (18 at Shuguang). He is among the earliest surgeons in China to adopt dual-plane breast augmentation and has performed nearly 10,000 successful dynamic breast augmentation cases, making him one of southern China’s most experienced breast surgeons. He is a designated training physician for Mentor (USA) and Boly (Germany) implants, and guest physician for Bellaire Co. (Korea). He is a regular speaker at international conferences including the Asia-Pacific International Breast Surgery New Technology Symposium and was appointed Founding Dean of the Guangdong Pan-Asia Medical Aesthetic Research Institute in 2024.
