Dr. Wang Xiao Ping

Dr. Wang Xiaoping is Chief Technical Director at Damai Microneedle Hair Transplant Beijing Headquarters, with 15+ years of exclusive focus on hair restoration since joining in 2009. By 8 January 2025, he had completed 10,006 hair transplant surgeries, one of the highest individual records in China’s industry. He was the core developer of Damai New‑Generation Extreme‑Speed Microneedle Technology, achieving 1,800–2,000 follicular units/hour (30% faster) and higher survival via shorter air exposure; this formed the basis of the 2024 New‑Type Microneedle Hair Transplant Standard White Paper, China’s first official industry technical standard. He presented twice at ISHRS Annual Meeting (including research on FUE for frontal fibrosing alopecia) and was invited speaker at the 8th Asian Hair Transplant Conference (June 2024). He trained in Korea, Japan, and Malaysia, and is recognised as a leading authority on high‑speed, precision microneedle transplantation.
