About Dr. Norimasa Tsukada

Dr. Norimasa Tsukada is a distinguished medical expert whose career spans elite academic research, clinical innovation, and institutional leadership within Japan’s most prestigious medical and scientific organisations. He previously made notable contributions in respiratory surgery and lung cancer research at Keio University and served as a department leader at Kawasaki Municipal Hospital, before shifting his focus to regenerative medicine and aesthetic internal medicine. He has since developed one of Japan’s most advanced multi clinic regenerative programmes. His strong academic background includes research work at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology or AIST, and a Specially Appointed Professorship at Shinshu University, enabling an evidence based approach that distinguishes CLINIC 9ru from commercially oriented providers.
