Dr. Foo Wing Jian serves as Medical Director of the Hair Department at Premier Clinic, based at the Mont Kiara branch, and also heads the group’s Hair Restoration Team. With more than 10 years of dedicated expertise in aesthetic medicine, he is a fully LCP‑credentialed aesthetic practitioner, officially recognised and registered under Malaysia’s Ministry of Health, the highest official certification for aesthetic doctors in the country. Regarded as one of Malaysia’s most sought‑after specialists, his core expertise covers hair restoration, male aesthetics, and genital health.

He pioneered comprehensive male aesthetic programmes covering hair, body contouring, fat reduction, muscle definition, anti‑ageing, hormone balance, and genital wellness, offering a complete solution for men’s wellness and appearance.
