Common questions
Are these prices for first-time clients only?
Yes. These are new-client prices, for your first time having that treatment with BeautsGO. Not sure if you qualify? Message us and we will confirm before you come in.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Please book ahead. Every treatment starts with a doctor’s consultation, and the appointment reserves both the doctor’s time and the product.
How do I know the products are authentic?
Ask to see the sealed box, the batch number and the manufacturer’s authentication code before anything is opened. Our staff are used to the question.
Can I combine the spend thresholds with these prices?
Yes, they stack. Send us the treatments you are considering and we will work out the total, including any spend benefit, before you commit.
Will it hurt?
Injectables use very fine needles, with numbing cream where it helps. Ultherapy and Thermage feel like pulses of heat. Tell your doctor if it is too much; the settings can be adjusted.
What if I have never done any of this before?
Start with the consultation. You do not have to decide anything on the day, and the doctor will tell you if a treatment is not right for you.

- Advance booking is required. All offers are subject to a doctor’s assessment and to clinical suitability.
- Cash vouchers are issued on qualifying spend within the promotion period; redemption terms are as printed on the voucher.
- At the ¥20,000 threshold you receive either the ¥600 cash voucher or the complimentary Botox® or Xeomin® area, one and not both.
