About Dr. Takaaki Matsuoka
Dr. Takaaki Matsuoka is the Founder & Medical Director of Helene Clinic (OMOTESANDO HELENE CLINIC), a leading Japanese regenerative medicine institution located in Omotesando, Tokyo. Established in 2013, it was one of Japan’s early facilities certified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) for stem cell infusion and regenerative therapy.
