Dr. Wang Xiao Ping

Dr. Wang Xiaoping joined Damai Microneedle Hair Transplant’s Beijing headquarters in 2009 and has dedicated 15+ years exclusively to hair restoration medicine. On 8 January 2025, he publicly announced a career milestone of 10,006 completed hair transplant surgeries — one of the highest individual surgical tallies in China’s hair restoration sector. He was the key clinical contributor to developing and validating Damai’s New-Generation Extreme-Speed Microneedle technology (新型极速微针), achieving implantation speeds of 1,800–2,000 FU/hour (one-third faster than prior equipment) while improving graft survival through reduced air-exposure time. This technology underpins Damai’s 2024 New-Type Microneedle Hair Transplant Standard White Paper — the first industry-wide technical standard for this technique. He has presented at the ISHRS Annual Meeting on two consecutive occasions, including a paper on FUE for frontal fibrosing alopecia, and was an invited speaker at the 8th Asian Hair Transplant Conference (June 2024).
